The Software ownership deed will permit the consortium to create shares in the software as an asset which can be granted to partner schools and Tech partners (all Steiner partner schools have membership as part of the Federation).
There will be an upper ceiling on the size of the consortium.
Once the consortium is full, other schools wishing to use the software can purchase a subscription for an annual fee set by the consortium. Any surplus funds generated in this way will be shared amongst the software owners.
Once shares are fully distributed the share ownership might look like this:
Steiner Federation 30%
Inaura Charity 30%
Partner schools 30%
Tech partners 10%
